I can't say whether this is useful or not (I personally wouldn't be able to find a use for it), but it certainly isn't approvable. Simple CnP and recolor skins aren't allowed (every now and then an exception is made if the texture is of outstanding quality, which this isn't, I'm afraid). The same goes for your magma dragon skin (and while that one looks slightly better than this, it still doesn't meet Hive's standards). If you haven't already, read the skin submission rules, check out some tutorials, and try again after you've practiced a while with making freehanded textures.

Copy and paste. Like, for example, copying the scales from the stomach of the dragon, and pasting them on its back.
