Misha: both your hooks need to have a lot lot less polygons in order to be approved, perhaps less than 50 or so.. what you need to do is to create a very angular shape, that yet still resembles a shape you wanted, made with as less polygons as you can.. i can suggest milkshape for scratch-making mesh from vertices, along with this tutorial http://www.iinit.com/tutorial.cfm?source=2&tutorial=5
 
Yes, i know that model size really big for single hook model, but this is my first model and now i can't do models with smaller size, could you tell me how to how to reduce the model size?

Heh no unfortunately I can't :)
Don't get me wrong. The model is great in my opinion.
I am sure someone can tell you how to reduce the file size though.
