No, this does not work on other dragon models unfortunately, I've tried. You can too, but I can't guarantee you'll like the results.
The dragon model is one of the most notorious Blizzard models to texture, uagh, let me tell you! Or let the screenshot talk for itself, the texture is all over the place!

Can you believe I was staring at your model and imagining the same thing? It definitely gives off a more "Final Boss" feel than the half-assed dragon model...

Well I don't think I ever would have come up with anything like this! Oo And it is a shame that the mohawk can't be removed. None the less, the texture is very well done.
