I've been wondering this for years and I never really have found the answer.

In the Bojack movie, while Gohan is fighting Bojack he's about to die. The scene then cuts to Goku and King Kai and he gives the hero line something along the lines of "I'm not going to let my son die!" and he Instant Transmissions out of Snake Way and onto Earth to punch Bojack. Then he picks up Gohan and starts talking to him.

How the hell does this make sense?

How the hell does anything in DBZ make sense? Do sudden bursts of unlimited power upon near death make sense to you? Me neither

But, i can't really answer because i didn't see the movie, so i guess you can report me for spam.

uhhhm..

I never watched the movies, but last I checked, instant transmission is something that can only teleport you around the world you're in, so the movie sounds like bullshit to me.

No it doesnt, how does Goku and kid buu go to supreme kai's planet? And how does Goku teleport Cell to King Kai's planet, so i guess it's possible.
