Download problem(doesnt look too hard to fix)

I have this problem with the latest Warcraft 3 patch(1.2.2)I messed up the patch and I have to download it and apply it myself(which is all ok)but when I try to download it from the official blizzard site its says this "this download has been blocked by your Security Zone Policy" is it my browser or my Internet Security blocking this?
