Double/Triple Post?

the thread is moved to next page by day to day.
and the thread got no ppl view at all.

can i double post it after a few days?

Please don't spam smilies.

You cannot delete the old one, only the specific Mod for that area can. You could just bump the old one. If you feel it wasn't written well enough, and wish to do a better job to get more attention, I'd say it's fine to create a new thread.
