Double-posting Maps?

Hello! I'm unsure if this is the right place to post about my question, but as I believe the other forums are even worse, this will do.

Now, I have a map named Afterlife that is only a few days away from being ready for posting here (for testing purposes first). I already have a thread that I posted on the forum here long ago (sometime in spring, I believe) for this map, which was then very much a WIP. The thread is dead and buried.

As I want to post the map in its (mostly) finished state, I wonder if I need to create a new thread for my map, or use the old thread? I have seen necroposting around, but I don't actually know what it means.

If no posts for 1 month nobody wont care if you just create new one.
