I've been searching Google a lot and YouTube too, and most of the ways I've found requires a lot of liking, sharing, subscribing, and that's a lot of work for a free dota 2 key that's still unknown regarding if it works or not.

I've also tried Signing Up for Invite at the Dota 2 website, but I don't know what that does... a little help there too.

Can anyone help? Or more importantly, is there a way to play it for free?

If this offends anybody, please know that I mean no offense.

If you're wondering why I'm looking for a way that's free, please know that I was not allowed by my parents to buy the full game hence the thread.

I'm not sure if this is the right thread...

+ REP to those who could help me!

cant find a user 76561198089883126

There is however a MasterTrainer, which is probably you. However apparently it requires steamfriending or email to send gifts (who knew?).
Given my complete lack of interest in friending you I will need some kind of workable email, feel free to PM me with it.
...Except I just accidentally did and apparently I can\t cancel friend invites. FML. Well this might be workable anyway...
...nah I coukld cancel that. Well, that email would be nice.

I dont know what the fuss was about. One time I saw Dota 2 advertised on Steam so I clicked on it. I signed up for it and that was it. About a week later, Steam notified me they accepted by request and I downloaded the game and played.

However this was a while ago. This may have been for a dota 2 beta key, I can't say for sure and I uninstalled it after 1 game because I had to relearn Dota 1 all over. I couldn't be bothered, lol.

dota 2 is a virus that will share the porn sites you visit on your facebook wall. it's a advanced version of th original dota 1 virus that only shared them on twitter. it also tells the government about your fetishes

I play Dota 2 and I don't think it's a virus... and I don't think Dota 1 was a virus either. Has this happened to you? (No offense intended)
