Does Resistant Skin stack?

Does Hardened Skin stack?

If not, then is there anyway to make it?

Resistant Skin cannot stack since it only sets the unit's magic resistance to a hero's (immune to charm, reduced duration of spells etc.)

Hardened Skin does not stack to my knowledge, though it could be stacked via items (different cooldown groups perhaps?) or by putting it in a spellbook, then putting that spell book in a spell book (repeated as many times as you need hardened skin to stack) - but that's messy.

Those are the only methods I know of, but there should be another way.

Gigantic typo in the OP, I meant Hardened Skin entirely.

Have you actually tested stacking Hardened Skin before? And it would need to be passive and not learned

Although I've not formally tested it, I know for a fact Hardened Skin based abilities don't stack in DotA and I've not seen them stack in any other map I've played. It's unlikely it does, functioning like critical strike and evasion.
