[Trigger] Does Hide hide from picks?

For example, can I use:

Pick all units from region xxx
Hide (Picked Unit)

Pick all units from region xxx
Unhide (Picked Unit)

In theory it should, question is why dont you use variable instead ?

They shouldn't but yeah it does hide.
Starting using variable after I figured that.
