Well, ty.
I was wrong, i thought that this game was constantly updated, it is because I had recently played games that were constantly updated and I got the idea without having reasoned well.

At first glance, the last official patch by Rockstar Games seems to be v1.01

... but there are other, unofficial ones:

I played GTA sa in the Resident Evil world.
It was terribly awful.
And I tried GTA sa snow version but there was nude women pics on the walls and game had a lot of bugs.
I tried GTA Sa World at War. It was fun that factions were fighting each other using special weapons but there was no mission and game getting bored after an hour

If you like editing I suggest you DYOM mod that you can make your own mission but GTA san and Dyom are not popular such as Warcraft and World Editor
