well its a cinimatic... although it is pretty nice
for the most part its a buncha different models for the effects, and maybe some screensplats

dont mind the cinematic.. what im talking about is the kamehameha wave

example - If goku is flying and his target is below the wave must be in downward motion right? do you know how to formulate that?

you can get Z hight with jass, although it may be buggy, if you dont setup the flyhight system yourself
