Do you work with Windows XP system or Virtual Machine system for Warcraft III Art Tools?

Currently the Windows system has come to Windows 10, most of the windows users use 7 or 10.
Yet the requirement of Warcraft III Art Tools 1.01 about the system is Windows XP or Windows 2000.

I want to know how do you work with this modding tool?
Prepare an old computer to install the old XP or establish a Virtual Machine on Win7/10?

Did you try running it in compatibility mode? Right click the .exe > Properties > Compatibility and you can choose there to run in XP compat.
