[Trigger] Display a message to a player

hi guys.

can anyone help me with this,
event:
a unit comes within 256 of mountain king <gen>

and the condition is
condition:
the owner of the triggering unit is player1 player2 player3

and the action is
Action:
Display the message hello to the triggering unit!

how to do this in trigger?
