Here's what had gone into my mind.

I remember some shits about Map Stolen by Beta Testers, in order to keep our name clean, I think we must have a test for each new member who don't have significant quality in reviewing (i.e only make some review and they are't good), especially those who have bad records in the past to proof their trust and dedication in Beta Testing, we need to see if they really trusted, because if they stole a Map from Map Development Forum, it can reduce our group reputation and defile our group name.
If anyone wonder why we should do this, this is because Most Beta Maps aren't Protected
