Disabling gold transfers??

I am currently wrapping up the alpha version of my new project (Split TD).

one final touch I would like to add is disabling the transfer of gold through
the alliance screen. Does anyone know how? I know a trigger cant do it
and ive scoured the common.j and blizzard.j files to no avail.
