Disable/"Silence" Spells inside a Spellbook possible?

Hey guys!

I want my Mage to cast all his Spells from Spellbooks in his _Inventory_. Also I wanna be able to "Silence" him with the Spell/Debuff "Silence".

But when he is affected by Silence, he still can cast spells from spellbook. Any ideas to work-around that?

I'd replace the Spellbook item with a dummy item (an item with no ability at all) upon Silence, and then put the original item back upon Silence's expiration.

mhm... looks like i have to do that, pretty much work when using 10+ Spellbooks, but ty for your answer anyway.

Couldn't you add all the Spellbooks into an array and then just loop through said array upon each silence and silence expiration?
