In terms of the question, I need to disable a buildings collision as if it wasn't there so units will walk through it. But locust won't work.
If there's a way please say.

Either creating a custom pathing map to get the proper size and shape, or by making the building's pathing map only unbuildable (blue). An example of such a pathing map would be Circle of Power (aka: PathingTextures/4x4UnBuildable.tga).
