I've given up on one of my bosses he keeps autocasting skills I don't want him to and it will be easiest if I can just disable ai and do it all with triggers.
Is it possible while leaving all other units ai intact? If so what command do I use?

t is not possible to turn off AI for only one unit.
Here are some suggestions:
1. You Have your player "PLAYER 1" and Boss is in that player. Set your Boss as PLAYER2 and make him treat PLAYER 1 as an ally.
- Set him color off the PLAYER 1.
- Turn off AI for PLAYER 2
But, trust me, that won't stop him casting spells.
2. if your Boss is created in editor just uncheck abilities by doubleclicking on him.
3. If your Boss is creared by trigger use action:
  • Unit - remove ability
- when you want your boss to cast spells just use action:
  • Unit - Add Ability
and then remove it again whit the first action

mmm
you may pause it
you may prevent it from auto attacking by giving it peon classfaction
you may disable its moment
you may make it act like a critter with an ability (forgot what its oh I think its "Wanderer")

Thanks for all your help. Unfortunately the skill in question has to be based off of a real skill. I guess there's no way to keep this boss from using his skill besides setting the cooldown to outrageous times.
Guess I'll turn the post to solved since you answered my questions.
