Different Behaviour for Neutral Hostile?

I've got different groups of Neutral Hostile Units that spawn in the corners of a map, and when I order them to move, they ignore the commands. If someone draws them off to attack them, they return to where they were waiting after they get too far away, like regular creeps usually do.

Is there a way for me to override or even disable this so I can set up the Neutral Hostile Behavior myself?
