Detecting Singleplayer mode

Is it possible to detect whether a player is in a singleplayer mode?
And I don't mean just if he's alone in the game, but whether he's actually in WC3 singleplayer, that is he has singleplayer features like cheats, game log, pause anytime anytimes etc.

I would like to be able to have the game be played singleplayer, but not with cheats and other SP stuff.
