[Miscellanous / Other] Desync ERROR, looking for help/partner on my Map!

Okay so iv been making this map over the past 6 years, and my account name is Lions_Blood. The map is War of the Lost Realms Z and i will provide the link below, but i am having a serious issue with desync errors. Iv never been one to be all that great at coding and im sure that there is alot of leaks and bugs. Does anyone have any idea what i could do to stop desyncs? It happens nearly ever game now and i have just about given up. Hence why im here asking for help. Anyone that is willing to help, i will give you full credit in the loading screen and rights to help design the future of the game.
