Destructible resurrection length

Using "resurrect destructible while showing birth animation" trigger action
Lordaeron summer tree birth animation length - 3 seconds - plays fully
Volcano birth animation length - 5 seconds - plays fully
Barrens tree birth animation length - 60 seconds - plays at normal speed then at ~5 seconds tree snaps to full size

When using "resurrect destructible while showing birth animation" trigger action, it appears that the maximum allowed birth animation length is 5 seconds. What determines that?
I couldn't find anything in object editor or gameplay constants. Changing "build time" of a destructible (it's 0 for all of them) in object editor does nothing about this.

Do tree stumps expire and get removed? Is there any sort of melee game mechanic that resurrects tree stumps back into living trees? Doesn't matter

Meanwhile here's a funny thing that is surely already documented somewhere:

There's a "Art - Model File - Has Lightweight Model" object editor field for destructibles. If it's set to True, game searches for "ModelNameD.mdx" (dead) and "ModelNameS.mdx" (standing) in the same folder as your "ModelName.mdx" destructible. I replaced lordaeron summer tree D and S models with dummies and you can see in real time how game switches between them when they're ordered to be attacked directly and hit by a missile and then after death. Could make for a funny way to mess with player's perception.
