Desert Models

Well this isn't really a request for a specific project but this site doesn't have many models for deserts - it has pretty much every other type of terrain/climate except deserts.

There's little in the way of animal life for deserts (things like Camels).

Also going along with Deserts, this site also lacks Egyptian and Arab themed models (and the Pyramid model's don't really fit in well with the in game textures or they look too perfect so they don't look like ruins at all).

It would be helpful to anyone trying to make a map/terrain with a desert theme if someone could make some models for this.

Other than that, it seems that Barrens doodads are the best choice you have.

There are some camels and some other desert themed models in Callahans newly released Genesia Pack from his projects. Though I'm not sure if his versions of camels will fulfill your needs.

Eh, I was thinking something a bit more realistic and less savage looking

Also I can't use that anyways right now because I need a camel for my submission for a terraining challenge thus I can only use on site resources - A kodo works fine in my case but in the future some more desert themed models may help mappers.

Nah, I don't think so. And that camel isn't very desirable for this, though since you don't really see it well it wouldn't matter
