Pretty cool model. The design is cool, the face very chiseled and the body looks pretty good proportion wise. No stretching, which is great!
The only critiques I'd have would be:
1. The slight clipping of his right (our left) hand during the third standing animation.
2. A bit jarring of an animation during its first attack sequence.
3. Slight clipping from the sword's hilt to the horn but honestly, that isn't noticeable unless you're hyper aware of it.
4. A bit stiff in terms of the sword's reaction during his death sequence, at least towards the end of its cycle. You could potentially have it fall out of his hand towards the point when he falls to his knees. That could be considered a nitpick, though.
5. Slight clipping in terms of his right (our left) horn at the end of the death animation.
6. The sword clips through his right (out left) horn in the spell animation midway through its sequence and that part is quite noticeable.

A well made model, considering it's made from scratch. Well done!
