Why is every little part its own geoset? 47 geoset is way too much and some seem to be even duplicates. There is even z-fighting. You need to fix this.
Also, this model has way too many polygons in general, does not have any geoset animations (you need those to make the unit function properly), the animations are extemely wooden and the wrap of the texture on the model is extremely bad, stretchy and unfitting in some spaces (like the TC top part, the fan sides and the arms of the rotors).
Furthermore, the model does not really fit the wc3 style.
Please fix these issue and improve the model drastically.

On the first question, when a geoset has more faces, i prefer to split those faces into their own geosets to wrap textures easier, othewerise they get blurred at some parts, if that makes sense.

It doesn't make any sense.
You can wrap an object/geoset's geometry without needed to separate every little piece. Even Milkshape can do that. You should combine all those parts. It is written in the rules after all.
