[Spell] Degenerative mana item

hey, me again

now I need an item that reduces the regenerative speed of mana for the person who wears it.

I tried used a regen item and out a negative value in the regeneration per a second... but it didn't work... what other methods are there?

triggers. every N seconds, iterate the unit list, deduct N mana to each unit by setting mana equal to the current mana - degeneration

You can always use an ability like Immolation to degenerate mana. Another solution would be negative Brilliance Aura, which is what I believe SWAT Aftermath did for the Godzilla boss which drained your energy when nearby. Negative fountain of regeneration also works but that may only allow for percentage degeneration.
