So only a few still makes a melee map like me. Now, after playing a defense game I noticed how fun they are. And now I wanted to make a defense game.

I wanted to know what are the "MAIN" triggers i need to know to make a simple nice defense. BTW I know already how to spawn units, and how to respawn heroes when killed. Anymore "MAIN" triggers I need to know

Please explain what you mean with defense game. I don't know what game type your trying to create which means I can't give you any "MAIN" triggers that you need for that particular game type.

Do you mean a tower defence perhaps??

I don't know if I'm allowed to share my map ideas but okay.

Here's what I want to do. Players obviously pick their heroes. After that there is a item buying phase. After buying phase is over the next wave of creeps comes and after that wave reopens the shops again and so on and so on. Players will try to survive until the last wave. At the last wave players will work together to defeat the last boss. If they defeats it, they win but if the boss kills all players you lose.

Is that detailed enough? or should i say more?

Not being offensive here, but this site is 100% top to bottom map developing. Making sharing maps, ideas, etc. would be the dumbest move this site has ever made

No, that's fine.

You need a trigger that gives the players the ability to pick their hero's and instantly move them to the corresponding place where they need to fight.

You need a trigger that uses a countdown timer to spawn creeps and attack-move them to the players. You can also add in some actions here to close the shops when the countdown timer is expired.

You need a trigger that starts a countdown timer after all the creeps are killed.

And you need a trigger that at the end wave the players get allied and need to fight a boss.

Use an integer to count the waves.

If your having difficulty creating these triggers please tell me ;)
