Now, I wanna know... Who is Dead and who is Alive.

In the game World Of Warcraft you kill some important characters in Warcraft Lore. Which ones are alive and which ones are dead?

The only raid bosses who aren't dead are Kel'Thuzard, cause he's already dead and can come back any time he wants to seeing as you don't destroy his... Lichy thing that begins with P, and Ragnaros, seeing as elementals don't die but instead return to the Elemental Realm

-Quest to turn in phylacetary, yet does not die because of a corrupt Argent Dawn member

Magtheridon-
-Still lives, quest to turn in his head to Hellfire Peninsula

Lady Vashj
-No quest to kill her

Kael'thas
-Turn in his orb to Shattrath City. He doesn't die and mocks you for your efforts.

Illidan
-No quest to kill him (or head to turn in), but is killed by Maiev

Teron Gorefiend (Killable, killed in the Black Temple, though you probably kill his current body and he lives on like he has before...)
Doom Lord Kazzak (Killable, at the throne of Kil'jaeden)
Highlord Kruul (Was Killable while he was invading Azeroth at the opening of BC)
Lady Vashj (Killable, final boss of Serpentshrine Cavern)

Thunderaan = Elemental Plane, Skywall (Air Elemental Zone)
Ragnaros = Elemental Plane, Firelands (Fire Elemental Zone)

Not "Trapped" so much as "Happy to be back"

Rag though might not be able to GET back and will instead just regenerate further down in Azeroth's core

Oh yeah.. Lol.. Okay sorry for that mistake. But he can't get back to Azeroth himself now.

Edit: I just remembered, the Dark Iron dude tried to summon a Demon but he accidently sumoned Ragnaros. And yeah he wanted to get back to Sulfuron Keep which is the Fire Elemental Capital in the Firelands of the Elemental Plane.

All of them are technically alive, as the story never actually moves in WoW as it is very static.

I would say they're all alive.

WoW adds on to the lore as much as Wc3 adds onto Wc2. It's just very messy and screwed up since it's an MMORPG.

Ok, technically Magtheridon is alive in WoW. But he has been killed many times now heh.
