Daybreak Zombie Risk

I've been working on remaking the terrain for Daybreak Zombie Risk. I'm scrapping the old terrain and starting anew. All building will be made out of wall sections. Walls block visibility and buildings are capture. Currently there are no doors because I cannot export animations - and it makes the game play simpler. Each block will be a different zone. Currently the terrain is not as far along as I would like.
I have added a few new units as well:

Riot, ballistic shield carrying soldier
[+] Deflect 40% of piercing attacks when using defend
[-] Move slower than normal soldiers

Machinegun, soldiers carrying weapons with a high rate of fire
[+] High rate of fire
[-] Lower critical rate than other soldiers

Mutilated, undead that have seen it all
[+] Have reincarnation that charges quickly
[-] Are not stronger than normal zombies

Rise, a different strain of the virus
[+] Have reincarnation that charges quickly
[+] Can raise dead
[-] Lower HP than normal zombies
[-] Move slower than normal zombies
[-] Zombies raised from corpses are weaker and decay quickly

I'm still working out balancing issues and the possibility of a few more units.
