It's an upgrade for the Shade, it basically does nothing but spy so I'm giving it an use.

This can be used as a texture for Fear Effect as well as an icon for fear spell. Good job.

A problem i have been having is how i can change author too Blizzard Entertainment, are you able to change it or can it not be done. I seen plenty icons that have been changed but im not sure.
