Dark elves in there cunning have taken Yggdra home of the rangers the High elves vow there vengence upon The Dark elves.
-Player triggered event that makes High elves and Dark Elves unable to ally for rest of map.
-Triggered by Dark Elves taking Yggdra
-Only capturable by Dark Elves and High Elves any other race will destroy the town.
-High Elves recieve there normal spawn when in ownership but the Dark Elves gain Dark Elf Rangers(Dark ranger model instead of sylvanas windrunner's original model) but nothing else
Yggdra gains unique ability to to recruit for 2k-2.5k The ranger hero for Dark Elves and a equivalent ranger hero for High Elves.
High Elf ranger hero - Training for years to perfect her skills the ranger has been employed as an assasin for many years by the order of Khaine. Because of her past she has a fair bit more skill than her sister rangers and this shows most evidently in how she engages the enemy. There have always been two types of ranger assasins Dark Elven and High Elven exactly the same in martial prowess only there skills set them apart. ( can also be used for Dark ranger description )
-Natures arrow : upon succesful hit there is a chance of them being rooted to ground for 2-4 seconds with 1:3% 2:6% 3:9% as chance progression
-Morning mist : Shrouds the battlefield in a mist that turns all friendly units invisible when not attacking
-Nature touched : Blessed and favored by nature the high elven ranger disgusted at the destruction of tree's is able to use her own powers to regrow fallen tree's and even create small groves of tree's out of no where i was thinking cooldown for this would be like 3-4 minutes long ( meant to allow High Elven players a counter or atleast a way of repairing there main base from tunneling attacks )
-Tree talker : The rangers many years speant alongside nature has allowed her to commune with the spirits of tree's and convince them to move for her bidding(animates one tree into an ent under high elven command)
Other regards towards rangers of both races can they be given hide? The ability to allow them to standstill without auto-attacking enemies this would take full advantage of there invisibility for ambushs. Perhaps the High elf player could start with a ranger at Yggdra that represents a sister assasin to Elektra the Dark Elf ranger to the south east of The ranger post.
I must ask do you have any plans to flesh out the Dark Elf Captain to be a hirable hero for Dark Elves? ( Dark ELf Captain is class of the necromancer hero that starts at there spider post outside of brown)
Would it be possible to give High elves another unit spawn at Yggdra? A blade dancer of sorts uses the same model as werewolf of Dark ELves only that it doesnt become the wolf. It would essentially be a weak high dmg unit close to the current Werewolf during the day and would also flesh out the melee line of elves a little more in true elven style. Lithe deadly swordmanship frail body so instead of poison weapons perhaps it could have evasion and small crit? (could use the same demon hunter model for it as well)
