DonDustin: the anatomy of the elf really looks off. Please improve it. Oh and the hands go through the wings in some anims. The face wrap looks also quite odd

awesome idea.
the only things that are bothering me, are that in the walk animation, the head rotates
and that it's 244 kb big.
but other than that, it's quite awesome, good job.
also, good to see different variations! +rep
