I'm pretty sure there isn't such a tome either.
What you should do is create a bunch of damage bonus abilities, such as:
dmg+1 (10 levels - level 1 gives +0, level 10 gives +9)
dmg+10 (10 levels - level 1 gives +0, level 2 gives + 10, level 10 gives + 90)
dmg+100 (10 levels ...)
Whenever a tome of +1 damage is used, you manipulate those abilities to set the correct damage.
