Damage before armor reduction.

I don't think so; you would have to keep track of all the damage base and modiifers of each unit OR keep track of the target armor and do the reverse math after damage is dealt

the calculating system will work to a small extent; i need unreduced damage from spells cast as well as units attacks and this system im doing is just too much to hold in your head at once because of all the formulas and what not :D

You can create a timer, before the timer expires, execute your event, when it expires, fire your damage trigger...

what do u mean by that?
