Event - Unit Takes Damage detects the damage after the armor reduction percentages reduce or amplify the damage, is there a native function which can get the damage before it is dealt??
I don't think so; you would have to keep track of all the damage base and modiifers of each unit OR keep track of the target armor and do the reverse math after damage is dealt
the calculating system will work to a small extent; i need unreduced damage from spells cast as well as units attacks and this system im doing is just too much to hold in your head at once because of all the formulas and what not
Easiest way is just create your own Damage System
That's why there are so many around. Everybody has different needs and no system is perfect for everything.
Hell, even I need a custom DD engine for my Attribute System.
