I'm pretty sure this model was finished off before I finished modding a few years ago, but if there are any problems with it, feel free to edit the model to make it work. I give full permission to do so.
From memory, this model makes use of the Ziggurat as the base model but heavily modified. It uses the birth animation found here: https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/models-530/arcane-build-animation-59029/?prev=status%3Da%26u%3DpaulH
Make sure to name that animation "SharedModels\DalaranBirthSmall.mdx" to make them work together.
