I need help in finding a special effect. Its dalaran´s undead damaging aura. ( don´t know the name) I was looking for it everywhere, but I just can´t find it.

I have problem with finding it in the trigger menu.
( I want to use it as a spell )

First, don't double post because it's strictly forbidden
Second, you should simply open the option you want e.g Art - Caster/Target/Caster. If there is any effect in it, double click it. If not, press Add Model. Look at the "Preset" options and select doodads. Search for Energy Field.

You cannot create doodads with triggers. Doodads can only be pre-placed on the map.

You could either make it as a destructible in the object editor (allows for rotation, scaling and Z height) or place it as special effect (limited visual modifications can be done to it).
