D-M-Y / M-D-Y option suggestion.

I will probally speak for some off you, but I always got annoyed with the facts that the forumdates are M-D-Y and that gives me (and others) some nuisance.

So I suggest to add a new thing in the Option that allows you to change the time to D-M-Y or keep the M-D-Y.

YYYY-MM-DD HH-SS should be adopted, it being the international date-time format.
