Customizing the loading screen

Has anyone of you guys tried and succeeded in changing the loading bar before without using the war3skin.txt file? Game interface and overwriting through changing import paths doesn't seem to work for me. There's also that issue of the war3skin.txt file only working when you start a new game... whether it's your map or not.

So anyone have done so in the past willing to share their know-hows?

I have imported self-made loading screen plenty of times without using the war3skin.txt.

He meant that bar wich shows stage of loading. Not changing the loading screen but the loading bar.
