Custom Zerg Ability, Larva Spawn

I want to make a heroic unit that has an ability to lay an egg that spawns 1 Zerg Larva after 60 seconds. Has a cost of like 50 energy.

Ive tried doing this with varied success, I just can't seem to make it. Could someone maybe walk me through this?
