Hi , im working on a map and im currently working on the team settings and i would like to change that once you've joined a slot you are that Race and colour not that you can change to another race or colour

i dont think you can do that in the regular way.
You should say in the description that human is team 1, orc is team 2, etc, etc
And on the map init, you set the players race and color.
It is one way to do it.

Scenario > Force Properties
Fixed Player Settings needs to be checked. Then whatever settings you have under the Players tab will be what's set in the game lobby.
