How do i edit a shop to have items in it that weren't in it before?

Add them via triggers (market place), or edit the shop in the object editor (normal).

what do you mean by (market place)
and which stats does it have so i can edit the items
i can only see editing the units sold

Items made is only for the player that owns the shop. Items sold is for everyone that goes near the shop can get that item!

Just take a shop and look for the place called items sold in the object editor.
