Custom Roar + War Stomp in a spell?

Please! I need help to create a spell, in which the hero cast Roar and War Stomp at the same time when the spell is actived.

I do try to create triggers by myself but all failed.

Can somebody help me with the trigger?

Let Roar be your base ability.
When Roar is cast, create dummy unit and order that dummy to cast War Stomp.

Btw, can you help me with the trigger to create a shockwave ability that does damage based on Hero's attributes? I already know how to create a Thunder Clap ability does attribute damage but not the Shock Wave ability?

Slamming Shockwave
- Slams the ground and sends a shockwave that will deal damage based on your STR (include bonus) per second.
