custom outlines

Has anyone created or does anyone know of any custom borders for the menu and the main console like with undead its got bones and stuff, just to clarify what i was talking about, if someone knew of an Oceanic/Sea sought of one of these for the console, menu and toolbar with menu, gold and lumber, etc i would extremely appreciate it if you could direct me to where i would find it, ive been looking but i cant find anything, please help
