custom model world editor problem

i have a custom model that i have been toying around with. when i put him into the map and i try to click on him, it doesn't show that i have selected him. Also, the circle thing that shows the color of the team you are is like inside the ground and i can only see parts of it. It also won't let me select him in game so i'm not able to attack him with spells. What can i do to fix this problem?

Hmm.. You sure you imported all textures?

Portrait? Model?

ya, it just doesn't want to let me click him for some reason. But if i click and drag over him than it would let me select him. The only problem i have with it is that i have to click on him to attack him, not drag the mouse over him.
