Custom Made Blight?

i was thinking about making a naga race, that is similar to the undead. but instead of structures being only able to be bult on blight or generate blight i want the structures to create and be only bult on water.
So, i want to be able to create anthor blight for the race, without having to replace the current blight.

In Object editor, set the placement required for Naga building to maritime (so it may only build on water)
