custom campaigns and maps wont work!

ive downloaded some maps and campaigns off the hive website and when i go to play it, a message comes up that says

this application has encountered a critical error. not enough storage is available to process this command
press ok to terminate the application.

ive already deleted stuff on my computer so storage is not a problem. idk whats wrong can you please help me
