Custom Bear Form Problem

Hey,
im having a problem with an ability, i made a custom ability based off the Night Elf Bear Form, but when i try to test the ability ingame, i click the button and nothing happens, somebody Please help me out...

Mkae sure both the normal and alternate units have the ability.

You could post the map.
