WAIT, WHAT'S THIS?

For a long, long time, I've been working on this campaign, and it is finally finished. I originally released it on SC2Mapster, but I thought I'd promote it here as well. I'm very proud of it, and have tried to raise the bar for campaigns in SC2, an area of the mapping community that I unfortunately believe has not quite yet taken off.

I wanted to make a campaign that had great, near-Blizzard level quality terrain, varied gameplay, great cinematics, memorable characters, a completely original (and hopefully, very great) story, and a little experimentation here and there to spice things up.

Naturally, there are some errors here and there, but for the most part, it's nothing too big. I try to fix them all as soon as I can, though some are a bit tougher to handle than others. Feel free to speak out if you should spot some. Don't make it a bug-only zone, though. I'd like feedback on the gameplay, terrain and story, as well.

So, what's this all about? Well, I don't want to spoil too much, but I guess some things are okay to mention. There are 10 missions, plus a mission launcher (which should be the first thing you open). You play as Terran. The story begins in Roverville, a backwater world located in the "rectal end" of the universe. Miners work on a concession purchased from Geraldus, Inc., the largest mining company in the sector, but their labor bear few fruits. The plot is kicked into gear when one of their morning patrols goes missing, and you are charged with retrieving it. However, it doesn't take long before you and the miners get yourself embroiled in something far bigger than a mining operation and... oh well, you're just going to have to find out the rest for yourself. :as:

How would I play it on my Starcraft II?
There is no custom campaign option like in Warcraft III, and I haven't tried playing a Starcraft II Custom Campaign before.

There are instructions on the site page. If you download the zip file, and make sure the path is Maps/Crimson Moon (where you put the files), the maps will connect, meaning that completing one will automatically open the next. The absence of a campaign option has made SC2 campaign makers creative, so there is a mission launcher attached. Just open that one in the editor, hit "test map", and you're off!
