Can some1 change the map to fit the new version?
I understand it has author rights, but why not make it so everybody can enjoy it? and I don't understand why creator can't do it

If what you mean by this is 1.24c patch update, and when you try to host the map it says "Game cannot be found", then the JASS scripting has been tampered with, usually by importing cheatpacks into it, one possible way to figure if this is the case is to open the map's war3map.j and use JassCraft to see if this has been done, although to fix the problem is another story that might take a while...
